TRANSIZIONE 5.0: NUOVO CODICE TRIBUTO PER IL CREDITO D'IMPOSTA


L'Agenzia delle Entrate, con la Risoluzione n. 14/E del 15 aprile 2026, ha istituito il codice tributo per l?"utilizzo, tramite modello F24, del credito d?"imposta destinato alle imprese che hanno già presentato le comunicazioni previste dall?"articolo 38, comma 10, del decreto legge n. 19/2024, nell?"ambito del piano Transizione 5.0. Il contributo, riconosciuto sotto forma di credito d?"imposta: è pari all?"89,77% dell?"importo richiesto; riguarda gli investimenti previsti dagli allegati A e B della Legge n. 232/2016, nonché le spese sostenute per la formazione del personale; è riservato alle imprese che hanno ricevuto dal GSE la comunicazione attestante la sussistenza dei requisiti tecnici di ammissibilità, ai sensi del decreto del Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy del 24 luglio 2024, e che sono state informate dell?"esaurimento delle risorse disponibili. Il codice tributo istituito per l?"utilizzo in compensazione del credito è il seguente: “7079” - denominato “Credito d?"imposta - Transizione 5.0 - Articolo 8, del decreto-legge 27 marzo 2026, n. 38”.   Ai fini della compilazione del modello di pagamento F24, il codice tributo deve essere indicato nella sezione “Erario”, in corrispondenza delle somme indicate nella colonna “importi a credito compensati”, oppure, nei casi in cui il contribuente debba procedere al riversamento dell?"agevolazione, nella colonna “importi a debito versati”. Il campo “anno di riferimento” è valorizzato con l?"anno di completamento dell?"investimento, nel formato “AAAA”, indicato nel cassetto fiscale. L'Agenzia Entrate, in fase di elaborazione dei modelli F24, verifica che i contribuenti siano presenti nell?"elenco dei beneficiari trasmesso dal GSE, e che l?"ammontare del credito d?"imposta utilizzato in compensazione non ecceda l?"importo indicato in tale elenco, pena lo scarto del modello F24, tenendo conto anche delle eventuali variazioni successivamente trasmesse dallo stesso GSE.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
