PAGAMENTO TRIBUTI CATASTALI: STOP AI CONTI CORRENTI POSTALI, SI PASSA ALL?"F24 DAL 1° GIUGNO 2026


Con il Provvedimento del 2 aprile l'Agenzia delle Entrate dispone una profonda revisione delle modalità di pagamento dei tributi catastali e ipotecari, prevedendo la soppressione dei sistemi di pagamento mediante conto corrente postale provinciale.A partire dal 1° giugno 2026, i versamenti delle somme dovute dovranno effettuati esclusivamente tramite il modello F24 (delega unica). Di conseguenza, viene esclusa sia la riscossione diretta da parte degli Uffici provinciali – Territorio, sia l?"annotazione a campione certo delle somme versate. Fase transitoria: utilizzo delle somme già versateLe somme preventivamente versate sui conti correnti postali provinciali, intestati agli Uffici provinciali – Territorio, dagli utenti abilitati ai servizi telematici, potranno essere utilizzate per la presentazione degli atti di aggiornamento catastale fino al 1° settembre 2026.Decorso tale termine: le disponibilità residue potranno essere richieste a rimborso, previa richiesta da inoltrare entro i due mesi successivi tramite la piattaforma telematica di erogazione dei servizi; in caso di mancata richiesta, eventuali giacenze residue saranno riversate all?"Erario, ferma restando la possibilità di presentare istanza di rimborso all?"Ufficio provinciale - Territorio competente entro i termini ordinari di prescrizione. La chiusura definitiva dei conti correnti postali provinciali intestati agli Uffici provinciali-Territorio è prevista per il 30 dicembre 2026. Avvisi di liquidazione e sanzioni: obbligo di F24Sempre a partire dal 1° giugno 2026, anche i pagamenti delle somme dovute a seguito di avvisi di liquidazione e di atti di contestazione e irrogazione sanzioni, emessi dagli Uffici provinciali - Territorio, dovranno essere effettuati esclusivamente mediante versamento unitario, con modello F24. Eventuali carichi degli Uffici relativi a crediti non ancora riscossi saranno iscritti a ruolo, mentre per i crediti insussistenti e inesigibili restano applicabili le procedure vigenti in materia di annullamento dei crediti erariali.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
