SOSPENSIONE FERIALE DEI TERMINI PROCESSUALI DAL 1 AL 31 AGOSTO ANCHE PER IL PROCESSO TRIBUTARIO


Si ricorda che dal 1° al 31 agosto scatterà la sospensione feriale dei termini processuali, di cui all'art. 1 della Legge 742/69, che riguarderà i processi amministrativi, civili e tributari. Tali termini riprenderanno a decorrere dal lunedí 3 settembre (in quanto l'1 e il 2 sono sabato e domenica). La sospensione estiva trova applicazione anche nel processo tributario, che vede l'interruzione, tra gli altri: del termine per la proposizione del ricorso (60 giorni dalla data di notifica dell'atto impugnato - articolo 21, Dlgs 546/92); del termine per la costituzione in giudizio del ricorrente (30 giorni dalla proposizione del ricorso - articolo 22, Dlgs 546/92); del termine per la costituzione in giudizio della parte resistente (60 giorni dalla notifica del ricorso - articolo 23, Dlgs 546/92); dei termini di impugnazione delle sentenze (60 giorni dalla notifica o, in mancanza, 6 mesi dalla pubblicazione della sentenza - articolo 51 e articolo 38, comma 3, Dlgs 546/92); dei termini per il deposito di documenti, di memorie e di brevi repliche (rispettivamente 20, 10 e 5 giorni liberi prima della data di trattazione - articolo 32, Dlgs 546/92). The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
