ANTIRICICLAGGIO: DAI COMMERCIALISTI MODULISTICA AGGIORNATA E INDICAZIONI OPERATIVE


Con l?"Informativa n. 57, il Consiglio Nazionale dei Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili ha reso nota la pubblicazionee di nuovi strumenti operativi di supporto agli Iscritti nell?"adempimento degli obblighi antiriciclaggio.In particolare, sono stati messi a disposizione: la modulistica per l?"adempimento degli obblighi di prevenzione e contrasto dell?"uso del sistema economico e finanziario a scopo di riciclaggio e finanziamento del terrorismo, nonché del finanziamento della proliferazione delle armi di distruzione di massa; le indicazioni operative per la compilazione della modulistica proposta. Tali strumenti sono stati approvati nella seduta del 18 marzo 2026. Il Consiglio Nazionale precisa che la modulistica ha natura "meramente esemplificativa e non obbligatoria", ma rappresenta una guida operativa utile, in quanto contiene gli elementi necessari per effettuare le valutazioni richieste dalla normativa di riferimento.Viene inoltre ricordato che, in base a quanto previsto dalla Regola Tecnica n. 2, entro il prossimo 27 maggio ciascun professionista dovrà provvedere all?"aggiornamento dell?"autovalutazione del rischio, cui è esposto il proprio studio professionale, di non essere in grado di intercettare una fattispecie di riciclaggio e/o di finanziamento del terrorismo e/o della proliferazione delle armi di distruzione di massa nell?"esercizio dell?"attività professionale. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
