VIGILANZA COOPERATIVE: FOCUS CNDCEC SULLE NOVITà DELLA MODULISTICA 2025


Il Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy ha aggiornato la modulistica relativa all?"attività di vigilanza sulle società cooperative, emanando il 5 marzo 2025 tre decreti ministeriali dedicati alla revisione, alle ispezioni straordinarie e ai controlli sulle banche di credito cooperativo. Il CNDCEC e la Fondazione Nazionale di Ricerca dei Commercialisti, insieme a Confcooperative, Legacoop e Agci riunite nell?"Alleanza delle Cooperative, hanno elaborato un documento dedicato alle novità della nuova modulistica per l?"attività di vigilanza sulle società cooperative. Il testo approfondisce le interpretazioni condivise relative ai nuovi verbali di revisione introdotti con i decreti ministeriali, chiarendo i principali profili applicativi della nuova modulistica e offrendo ai professionisti indicazioni operative su mutualità, ristorni, assetti cooperativi e governance. Tra i principali chiarimenti emerge innanzitutto il riconoscimento normativo della prassi di funzionamento delle cooperative agricole di conferimento che valorizzano il prodotto in sede di approvazione del bilancio e l'ampliamento del perimetro delle attività mutualistiche delle cooperative di abitazione. Fornite inoltre indicazioni più puntuali in tema di adeguati assetti organizzativi e confermato l?"obbligato di indicare in bilancio la prevalenza mutualistica, anche nei casi di prevalenza “di diritto”.Evidenziati, infine, tutti i contenuti innovativi dei verbali che confermano gli orientamenti più consolidati su alcuni dei principali temi del controllo cooperativo. “Il documento che pubblichiamo oggi", ha affermato il presidente del Consiglio nazionale dei commercialisti Elbano de Nuccio, "è il frutto di una virtuosa collaborazione tra il nostro Consiglio nazionale, la nostra Fondazione nazionale di ricerca e importanti realtà del mondo cooperativo riunite nell?"Alleanza delle cooperative.
