PRODOTTI AGROALIMENTARI MONITORATI: OBBLIGO DI CODICE CUN NELLE E-FATTURE


Con Provvedimento del 18 marzo 2026 l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha definito le regole per la compilazione delle fatture relative ai prodotti per i quali è attiva una delle Commissioni Uniche Nazionali (CUN), in attuazione di quanto previsto dall'art. 3, comma 7?bis del Dl n. 63/2024, introdotte dalla legge n. 182/2025. La finalità della misura è quella di rafforzare la trasparenza dei prezzi delle principali filiere agricole e agroalimentari. Il Provvedimento, in particolare, definisce i campi del tracciato xml della fattura ordinaria che devono essere compilati al fine di individuare le suddette fatture e le relative modalità di compilazione, ed individua i dati (codice prodotto, unità di misura, quantità e prezzo totale) che devono essere trasmessi alla segreteria tecnica di ciascuna Commissione.La trasmissione delle informazioni avverrà per il tramite di B.M.T.I. S.c.p.A., con cadenza settimanale, utilizzando la Piattaforma Digitale Nazionale Dati (PDND). Obbligo di indicazione del codice CUNPer ciascun prodotto oggetto di transazione per il quale è attiva una delle Commissioni uniche nazionali, le fatture elettroniche dovranno riportare un codice identificativo specifico (codice CUN).Il codice CUN: deve essere individuato tra quelli presenti nell?"elenco pubblicato sul sito istituzionale del Ministero dell?"agricoltura, della sovranità alimentare e delle foreste; va indicato all?"interno del tracciato XML nel blocco “AltriDatiGestionali”;richiede la valorizzazione dei seguenti campi: “TipoDato” con la dicitura “CUN”; “RiferimentoTesto” con il codice CUN del prodotto.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
