APPROVATO IL DECRETO PER RIDURRE IL PREZZO DEI CARBURANTI: COSA PREVEDE


Il Consiglio dei Ministri, nella seduta n. 165 del 18 marzo ha approvato un intervento temporaneo e di natura emergenziale per far fronte al caro carburanti legato alle tensioni internazionali connesse al conflitto in atto. Il provvedimento introduce una riduzione della tassazione su gasolio, benzina e GPL per un periodo di 20 giorni a decorrere dal 19 marzo. Come effetto del provvedimento si prevede una riduzione del prezzo di 25 centesimi al litro per gasolio e benzina e di 12 centesimi al chilo per il GPL.  Accanto alla riduzione fiscale sono previste anche misure di prevenzione e contrasto a fenomeni speculativi. In particolare, viene rafforzato il monitoraggio dei prezzi dei carburanti da parte del Garante dei prezzi del Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy. Per un periodo di 3 mesi, le compagnie petrolifere saranno tenute a comunicare e pubblicare i prezzi consigliati, che saranno oggetto di sorveglianza da parte del Garante, con l'applicazione di sanzioni in caso di inadempimento. Il provvedimento istituisce inoltre un sistema di controllo rafforzato volto a individuare eventuali anomalie nei prezzi e a contrastare pratiche speculative, attraverso verifiche lungo l?"intera filiera e segnalazioni alle autorità competenti.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
