Cassa Forense, in collaborazione con l'Unione Nazionale Camere Avvocati Tributaristi (UNCAT), ha realizzato la seconda edizione del "Vademecum fiscale per gli Avvocati", un punto di riferimento essenziale per la comprensione e l'applicazione della normativa fiscale nella professione forense.Il testo aggiorna gli adempimenti alla luce della riforma fiscale e fornisce gli strumenti necessari per orientarsi nel complesso panorama tributario, garantendo il rispetto degli obblighi fiscali e l'ottimizzazione delle scelte professionali. Grazie alla collaborazione tra i due enti il vademecum tiene conto sia degli aspetti tributari che previdenziali, offrendo una visione completa e coordinata degli adempimenti che caratterizzano l'esercizio della professione di avvocato. Le principali novità riguardano: il regime fiscale del conferimento dello studio legale alla Sta; la Rottamazione quinquies; le modifiche in materia di Concordato preventivo biennale; la sospensione degli adempimenti tributari per conto del proprio assistito in caso di malattia.
