PRONTI I MODELLI PER LA COMUNICAZIONE DEI DATI ISA 2025 E CPB 2026 E 2027


Con Provvedimento del 27 febbraio l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha approvato i modelli per la comunicazione dei dati rilevanti ai fini dell?"applicazione degli indici sintetici di affidabilità fiscale (ISA), da utilizzare per il periodo di imposta 2025, del modello per la comunicazione dei dati rilevanti ai fini della elaborazione della proposta di concordato preventivo biennale per i periodi d?"imposta 2026 e 2027, con relative istruzioni e specifiche tecniche per la trasmissione telematica. Il provvedimento, in particolare, approva: i 173 modelli con cui i contribuenti comunicano all?"agenzia delle entrate, in sede di dichiarazione dei redditi, i dati rilevanti ai fini dell?"applicazione degli ISA per il periodo di imposta 2025 e della loro successiva evoluzione; il modello con cui i contribuenti che applicano gli ISA, comunicano i dati rilevanti ai fini della elaborazione della proposta di CPB per i periodi d?"imposta 2026 e 2027 e la relativa accettazione. È inoltre approvato, nell?"ambito delle misure di semplificazione degli adempimenti connessi all?"applicazione degli ISA, un elenco di corrispondenze tra i dati contabili indicati nel modello Redditi relativo al periodo d?"imposta 2025 e i corrispondenti dati richiesti nei modelli ISA per il medesimo periodo.Le informazioni così individuate potranno essere trasferite dall?"applicativo RedditiOnLine al software ISA mediante un sistema informatico di precompilazione, con conseguente riduzione degli inserimenti manuali a carico del contribuente o dell?"intermediario. Con ulteriore provvedimento, pubblicato nella stessa giornata, l'Agenzia ha approvato le specifiche tecniche e dei controlli per la trasmissione telematica dei dati rilevanti ai fini dell?"applicazione degli ISA per il periodo di imposta 2025 e dell'elaborazione della proposta di concordato preventivo biennale per i periodi d?"imposta 2026 e 2027, oltre alle modalità con cui possono essere trasmessi i dati per la elaborazione della proposta di Cpb per i periodi d?"imposta 2026 e 2027 e della relativa accettazione o revoca nei termini.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
