DICHIARAZIONI 2026: TUTTE LE NOVITà SU 730, REDDITI, IRES PREMIALE, IRAP E CONCORDATO PREVENTIVO


Pubblicate le versioni definitive dei modelli dichiarativi per il periodo d?"imposta 2025: recepite le nuove misure su lavoro dipendente, Ires premiale, Concordato preventivo e detassazioni settoriali. L'Agenzia delle Entrate ha reso disponibili i modelli da utilizzare nella campagna dichiarativa 2026 per dichiarare i redditi dell?"anno precedente. Con distinti provvedimenti, datati 27 febbraio, sono state approvate le versioni definitive dei modelli 730, 770, Redditi, Irap e Concordato preventivo biennale (Cpb), da utilizzare nel 2026 per dichiarare i redditi dell?"anno precedente. Insieme ai modelli, che si aggiungono ai modelli dichiarativi approvati a gennaio (CU e dichiarazione annualeIva), sono state approvate anche le relative istruzioni e specifiche tecniche.  Le principali novità nei modelli 2026 730 e Redditi PFI modelli recepiscono nuove misure a favore dei lavoratori dipendenti: riconoscimento di una somma variabile fino a 960 euro, esclusa dalla base imponibile, per redditi complessivi fino a 20.000 euro; introduzione di una nuova detrazione dall?"imposta lorda per i contribuenti con redditi tra 20.000 e 40.000 euro; detassazione delle somme corrisposte per canoni di locazione ai neoassunti a tempo indeterminato; riordino complessivo delle detrazioni d?"imposta. Redditi PF (imprese e professionisti), società ed entiI modelli sono stati aggiornati per recepire le modifiche operative dal 2025, tra cui: il nuovo regime di imposta sostitutiva per i soggetti che hanno aderito al Concordato preventivo biennale 2025-2026; l?"introduzione dell?"Ires “premiale” con riduzione dell?"aliquota dal 24% al 20% per il 2025 nei modelli delle società di capitali, enti non commerciali e consolidato nazionale e mondiale; l?"aggiornamento dei modelli Isa, che restano parte integrante dei modelli Redditi. Irap e 770L?"Irap recepisce la nuova disciplina di detassazione del 95% dei dividendi infra-UE/SEE percepiti da banche e imprese di assicurazione.Nel modello 770 viene introdotto, nel quadro SX, un nuovo rigo per la gestione del credito relativo alla somma esclusa dalla formazione del reddito riconosciuta dal sostituto d?"imposta. Concordato preventivo biennaleRelativamente al modello per l?"adesione al Concordato relativo al biennio 2026-2027, struttura e contenuti risultano sostanzialmente confermati rispetto alla precedente annualità.
