AL VIA IL SERVIZIO DI VERIFICA RAPPRESENTANTI FISCALI REGISTRATI IN ANAGRAFE TRIBUTARIA


E' attivo sul sito internet dell'Agenzia Entrate il nuovo servizio di verifica dei rappresentanti fiscali idonei alla nomina da parte di operatori non residenti, compresi quelli stabiliti in Paesi extra-UE, ai fini dell?"assolvimento degli obblighi IVA relativi a operazioni rilevanti nel territorio dello Stato, ai sensi dell'art. 4, comma 1 lettera a) del Dlgs n. 13/2024. Il servizio, a fronte dell'inserimento del codice fiscale, consente la consultazione dei soggetti che hanno presentato la dichiarazione di sussistenza dei requisiti soggettivi e l?"eventuale garanzia necessarie allo svolgimento del ruolo di rappresentante fiscale. I soggetti che intendano ricoprire tale ruolo devono infatti presentare una dichiarazione che attesta il possesso dei requisiti previsti e prestare idonea garanzia in base al numero dei contribuenti rappresentati. Nomina del rappresentante fiscaleLa nomina del rappresentante fiscale deve risultare da atto pubblico, scrittura privata registrata, lettera annotata in apposito registro presso l'ufficio dell?"Agenzia delle entrate competente in base al domicilio fiscale dello stesso rappresentante. Ai fini dell?"attribuzione della partita IVA, occorre presentare la dichiarazione di inizio attività utilizzando: il modello AA9/12, per imprese individuali e lavoratori autonomi;il modello AA7/10, per soggetti diversi dalle persone fisiche.La dichiarazione di inizio attività, unitamente alla documentazione relativa alla nomina, deve essere presentata esclusivamente presso l?"Ufficio della Direzione Provinciale competente in relazione al domicilio fiscale del rappresentante. Inclusione nel VIES: obbligo di garanzia per soggetti extra UE/SEEQualora in sede di presentazione della dichiarazione di inizio attività sia richiesta anche l'inclusione nell'archivio VIES, il soggetto non residente, non stabilito in Paesi UE/SEE, dovrà presentare - presso l?"Ufficio della Direzione Provinciale competente in ragione del domicilio fiscale del proprio rappresentante fiscale - la garanzia prevista dall?"articolo 35, comma 7-quater del Decreto Iva, con le modalità stabilite dal Provvedimento del Direttore dell'Agenzia del 14 aprile 2025.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
