REVISORI LEGALI, APPROVATO IL PROGRAMMA PER LA FORMAZIONE 2026


Il Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze, con Determina della Ragioneria generale dello Stato n. 18 del 20 febbraio 2026, ha adottato, per l?"anno 2026, il programma di formazione continua e aggiornamento professionale dei revisori legali. Il Programma, si legge nella premessa del documento, mantiene la struttura per aree tematiche e la prevalenza delle materie caratterizzanti la revisione legale dell'edizione precedente, ma introduce importanti aggiornamenti finalizzati ad assicurare un costante allineamento con l?"evoluzione del quadro normativo, tecnico e professionale. Le novità del Programma 2026Tra le materie caratterizzanti la revisione legale (gruppo A), il Programma: introduce il nuovo principio internazionale ISA LCE per la revisione delle imprese meno complesse, ampliando il quadro metodologico per le PMI; aggiorna il riferimento al processo di manutenzione e revisione dei Principi ISA Italia; recepisce le novità della legge 14 marzo 2025, n. 35, in materia di responsabilità civile dei sindaci; approfondisce i profili etici, di sicurezza e di conformità legati all?"utilizzo dell?"intelligenza artificiale nella revisione; rafforza l?"attenzione sulla copertura assicurativa della responsabilità civile di revisori legali e sindaci. Per quanto riguarda le materie non caratterizzanti (gruppi B e C), il Programma: introduce nuovi moduli per potenziare le competenze trasversali del revisore legale; inserisce, nel gruppo B6, contenuti dedicati agli standard contabili pubblici ITAS previsti dalla Riforma 1.15 del PNRR; aggiunge, nel gruppo C2, moduli sulla cybersecurity (direttiva NIS 2 e d.lgs. 4 settembre 2024, n. 138); approfondisce la riforma organica dei mercati dei capitali (legge 5 marzo 2024, n. 21);introduce un modulo dedicato al Tax Control Framework per l?"analisi dei rischi fiscali e di conformità. Tra le materie caratterizzanti ai fini dell?"attestazione della rendicontazione di sostenibilità (gruppo D) il Programma: consolida e aggiorna i riferimenti alla normativa europea (CSRD e d.lgs. 6 settembre 2024, n. 125); introduce nuovi contenuti relativi alla relazione del soggetto incaricato dell?"attestazione della conformità della rendicontazione di sostenibilità; recepisce il nuovo standard internazionale VSME per le PMI non quotate; include la normativa europea di semplificazione della rendicontazione di sostenibilità (“Pacchetto Omnibus”).   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
