SPONSORIZZAZIONI SPORTIVE: AL VIA LE DOMANDE PER IL CREDITO D'IMPOSTA


Con notizia pubblicata sul portale istituzionale il Dipartimento per lo Sport della Presidenza del Consiglio dei ministri ha reso nota l'apertura della finestra temporale utile per l?"invio delle richieste di credito di imposta per le sponsorizzazioni sportive.La relativa piattaforma che consente di inviare le domande si è aperta il 17 febbraio e chiuderà il 18 aprile 2026. Il contributo, riconosciuto sotto forma di credito d'imposta, è pari al 50% delle spese per gli investimenti effettuati a decorrere dal 10 agosto 2024 fino al 15 novembre 2024. Destinatari dell'agevolazionePotranno beneficiare dell'agevolazione i lavoratori autonomi, le imprese e gli enti non commerciali che hanno effettuato investimenti in campagne pubblicitarie, incluse le sponsorizzazioni, nei riguardi di leghe che organizzano campionati nazionali a squadre, società sportive professionistiche e società ed associazioni sportive dilettantistiche iscritte al Registro nazionale delle attività sportive dilettantistiche (che ha sostituito il precedente Registro CONI), che posseggono i seguenti requisiti: sono operanti in discipline ammesse ai Giochi Olimpici e Paralimpici; svolgono attività sportiva giovanile; hanno ricavi, di cui all'articolo 85, comma 1, lettere a) e b), del Testo Unico delle imposte sui redditi approvato con decreto del Presidente della Repubblica 22 dicembre 1986, n. 917, relativi al periodo d'imposta 2023 e comunque prodotti in Italia, almeno pari a 150.000 euro e non superiori a 15 milioni di euro; l'investimento in campagne pubblicitarie è di importo complessivo non inferiore a 10.000 euro (Iva esclusa).   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
