CANONI SPECIALI RADIO E TV 2026: IMPORTI INVARIATI PER STRUTTURE RICETTIVE, CINEMA, TEATRI E DISCOTECHE


I locali aperti al pubblico che detengono apparecchi radiotelevisivi dovranno versare gli stessi importi di quelli applicati in passato. Con la pubblicazione del Decreto 23 dicembre 2025 nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 29 del 5 febbraio, il Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy conferma, anche per il 2026, gli importi dei canoni di abbonamento speciale per la detenzione fuori dell'ambito familiare di apparecchi radioriceventi o televisivi e dei canoni di abbonamento speciale dovuti per la detenzione di apparecchi radiofonici o televisivi nei cinema, teatri e in locali a questi assimilabili, che rimangono fissati secondo le misure nelle tabelle 3 e 4 allegate al decreto ministeriale del 29 dicembre 2014. Gli importi, calcolati in base alla tipologia delle strutture, potranno arrivare fino a 6.528,27 euro. Fonte: https://www.gazzettaufficiale.it

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
