CONTROLLI SU BAR, RISTORANTI, LOCALI DI SPETTACOLO


Dopo la tragedia di Crans-Montana il Ministero dell'Interno ha emanato il 20 gennaio 2026 una direttiva sulla sicurezza nei luoghi di intrattenimento, cui ha fatto seguito una nota tecnica del Dipartimento dei Vigili del Fuoco. Con la Direttiva si sollecita quindi una intensificazione dei controlli, al fine di accertare la conformità delle misure di sicurezza e delle autorizzazioni rilasciate (es. esercizio prevalente dell'attività di pubblico spettacolo rispetto a quella di bar o ristorante autorizzata).Nella direttiva si ha modo di leggere: Andrà verificata, in particolare, la conformità dell'attività alle misure di prevenzione incendi, di gestione dell'esodo e dell'emergenza, la congruenza tra l'assetto strutturale dei locali, i materiali e le installazioni presenti, la capienza autorizzata e l'affollamento effettivo, nonché il rispetto delle disposizioni disciplinanti l'uso di fuochi d'artificio e fiamme libere all'interno delle medesime.In sostanza nel corso del controllo dovranno essere verificati:  parametri di affollamento; la valutazione del rischio incendio; attività realmente esercitata (trasformazione da bar o ristorante in locale di pubblico spettacolo (es. discoteca); comportamenti a rischio (es. uso di fiamme libere, divieto di fumo etc.) Si richiama il testo coordinato dell'allegato 1 del D.M. 3/8/2015 "Codice di Prevenzione incendi".

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
