ROTTAMAZIONE-QUINQUIES: ATTIVO IL SERVIZIO PER PRESENTARE LA DOMANDA DI ADESIONE


Sul sito internet dell'Agenzia Entrate-riscossione è attivo il servizio per presentare la domanda di adesione alla Rottamazione-quinquies, introdotta dalla Legge di Bilancio 2026, che consente ai contribuenti di estinguere i debiti affidati all?"Agente della riscossione dal 2000 al 2023 senza pagare sanzioni, interessi di mora e aggio.La misura, ricordiamo, riguarda i carichi affidati all?"Agente della riscossione nel periodo ricompreso tra il 1° gennaio 2000 e il 31 dicembre 2023 derivanti da omesso versamento di imposte risultanti dalle dichiarazioni annuali e dalle attività dell?"amministrazione finanziaria e contributi previdenziali dovuti all?"Inps, con esclusione di quelli richiesti a seguito di accertamento. Come presentare la domandaLa domanda di adesione deve essere presentata entro il 30 aprile, nella sezione “Definizione agevolata (Rottamazione-quinquies)” del sito internet dell'Agenzia Entrate-riscossione, utilizzando una delle due modalità previste: Online in area riservata, accedendo con le proprie credenzialiPer coloro che presentano la domanda direttamente dall?"area riservata del sito, il servizio propone già i soli debiti “rottamabili”.A disposizione dei contribuenti anche il servizio online che consente di chiedere il prospetto informativo con l?"elenco dei carichi che possono essere “rottamati” e il corrispondente importo dovuto in misura agevolata. Online in area pubblica, senza necessità di credenziali di accessoSe si accede all'area pubblica si potranno inserire solo i documenti (cartelle di pagamento e/o avvisi di addebito dell'INPS) che contengono almeno un carico rientrante nell?"ambito applicativo della Rottamazione-quinquies e quindi “definibile”. Gli intermediari fiscali potranno compilare la domanda per i propri assistiti direttamente dall?"area riservata EquiPro. Sul sito dell'Agenzia è possibile consultare le FAQ sulla nuova Definizione agevolata, tra cui quelle relative alle altre novità più rilevanti rispetto alle edizioni precedenti, come la possibilità di effettuare i pagamenti in un arco temporale più ampio (fino a 9 anni in 54 rate bimestrali) e le casistiche previste dalla legge in tema di decadenza.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
