VIGILANZA SUGLI ENTI COOPERATIVI E MUTUALISTICI: FOCUS DEI COMMERCIALISTI

I tre decreti, emanati dal Ministero delle imprese e del Made in Italy, ridefiniscono le modalità di svolgimento della revisione cooperativa e dell?"ispezione straordinaria, introducendo nuove procedure e modelli di verbale, anche per le Banche di Credito Cooperativo, con l?"obiettivo di rafforzare trasparenza ed efficienza dell?"attività di vigilanza cooperativa. Il documento inquadra le novità nel più ampio percorso di riforma del settore cooperativo, avviato anche attraverso il disegno di legge delega sulla vigilanza e sulle amministrazioni straordinarie, e anticipa ulteriori approfondimenti operativi che saranno pubblicati nelle prossime settimane.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
