CREDITO D'IMPOSTA TRANSIZIONE 5.0: UTILIZZO DEL CREDITO RESIDUO AL 31 DICEMBRE 2025


Per sostenere il processo di transizione digitale ed energetica delle imprese e favorire investimenti innovativi che migliorino l?"efficienza dei processi produttivi e riducano l?"impatto ambientale, l'art. 38 del Dl n. 19/2024, nell'istituire il Piano Transizione 5.0, ha previsto un credito d'imposta determinato sulla base delle spese agevolabili per gli investimenti e della riduzione dei consumi energetici.Il bonus è utilizzabile esclusivamente in compensazione, tramite modello F24, decorsi cinque giorni dalla trasmissione all?"Agenzia delle entrate, da parte del Gse, dell?"elenco delle imprese ammesse. Con Risoluzione n. 1/E del 12 gennaio l'Agenzia Entrate fornisce indicazioni in merito alla fruizione del credito residuo al 31 dicembre 2025, spiegando che, tale somma residua viene automaticamente suddivisa in cinque quote annuali di pari importo, riferite agli anni dal 2026 al 2030, e visibili nel cassetto fiscale. Ciascun importo annuo è utilizzato in compensazione indicando il codice tributo “7072” istituito con Risoluzione n. 63/E del 18 dicembre 2024 e, quale anno di riferimento, l?"anno dal quale è utilizzabile in compensazione la quota annuale del credito derivante dalla ripartizione, nel formato “AAAA”, indicato nel cassetto fiscale. In fase di elaborazione dei modelli F24, l?"Agenzia effettua controlli automatizzati allo scopo di verificare che l?"ammontare dei crediti utilizzati in compensazione da ciascun soggetto non ecceda l?"importo della quota disponibile per ciascuna annualità. Se questo accadesse il modello viene scartato e la comunicazione dello scarto è resa disponibile tramite ricevuta consultabile tramite i servizi telematici. Lo scarto è comunicato al soggetto che ha trasmesso il modello F24 tramite apposita ricevuta consultabile tramite i servizi telematici dell?"Agenzia delle entrate.  A seguito della suddivisione in cinque quote, chiarisce infine la Risoluzione, il plafond relativo agli anni 2024 e 2025 è ridotto dell?"importo ripartito e, di conseguenza, il credito residuo risulta pari a zero.
