Milleproroghe 2026: rinviata la Riforma Fiscale, prorogati Bonus Assunzioni e assemblee online


Il Consiglio dei Ministri ha approvato l’11 dicembre 2025 il cosiddetto Decreto Milleproroghe (D.L. termini normativi) che interviene su scadenze imminenti il cui mancato rispetto o rinnovo potrebbe creare vuoti normativi o difficoltà operative per imprese e cittadini. Proponiamo in sintesi le principali novità.Fisco: rinvio per i nuovi Testi Unici La notizia più rilevante in ambito fiscale è il rinvio di un anno della grande riforma dei testi normativi. L’entrata in vigore dei nuovi Testi Unici – che avrebbero dovuto riordinare sanzioni, tributi minori, giustizia tributaria, riscossione e imposta di registro – è stata posticipata al 1° gennaio 2027. Per tutto il 2026 continueremo quindi ad applicare le regole attuali. Se da un lato questo rallenta il processo di semplificazione promesso, dall’altro offre a imprese e professionisti un anno in più per prepararsi adeguatamente alle nuove procedure. Società e imprese Due conferme molto attese riguardano la gestione societaria e l’accesso al credito: è stato prorogato al 30 settembre 2026 il termine per svolgere le assemblee di società ed enti con modalità “speciali” (da remoto), una prassi introdotta nel 2020 che ha dimostrato grande efficienza; l’operatività potenziata del Fondo di Garanzia è estesa fino al 31 dicembre 2026. Lavoro: confermati i Bonus Assunzioni Fino a fine 2026 saranno ancora attivi: il bonus per l’assunzione di donne (lavoratrici svantaggiate); gli incentivi per l’occupazione giovanile; il bonus occupazione nella ZES (Zona Economica Speciale) meridionale; gli incentivi all’autoimpiego nei settori della transizione digitale ed ecologica. Obbligo assicurativo “Rischi Catastrofali” Il termine per la stipula di polizze assicurative contro i danni da calamità naturali è prorogato al 31 dicembre 2026 per: le piccole e microimprese turistico-ricettive; le imprese della pesca e dell’acquacoltura; gli esercizi di somministrazione di alimenti e bevande. Come sempre, il decreto dovrà ora essere convertito in legge dal Parlamento entro 60 giorni, durante i quali potrebbero essere inserite ulteriori modifiche.

  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
