RICARICHE VEICOLI ELETTRICI: APPROVATE LE REGOLE PER LA TRASMISSIONE TELEMATICA DEI DATI DEI CORRISPETTIVI GIORNALIERI


Con Provvedimento del 12 dicembre l'Agenzia delle Entrate l'Agenzia delle Entrate approva le specifiche tecniche per la memorizzazione elettronica e la trasmissione telematica dei dati dei corrispettivi giornalieri relativi alle ricariche dei veicoli elettrici, nonché le modalità con cui garantire la sicurezza e l'inalterabilità dei dati, ai sensi dell?"art. 2, comma  1-ter, del D.lgs n. 127/2015. Modalità e termini di memorizzazione e trasmissione delle informazioniI soggetti passivi IVA che effettuano le suddette operazioni conservano elettronicamente le informazioni previste dalle specifiche tecniche del provvedimento e le trasmettono esclusivamente per via telematica, secondo le modalità descritte nelle specifiche tecniche.La trasmissione è effettuata a partire dalla data di attivazione del canale telematico, che sarà resa nota con apposito avviso pubblicato sul sito internet dell?"Agenzia delle entrate. Le informazioni relative alle operazioni effettuate devono essere trasmesse entro l?"ultimo giorno del mese successivo a quello di effettuazione delle operazioni.Quelle effettuate dal 1° gennaio 2026 e fino all?"ultimo giorno del mese precedente a quello di attivazione del canale telematico, sono trasmesse entro 45 giorni dalla data di attivazione del canale. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
