Con Risposta n. 301 del 3 dicembre l'Agenzia delle Entrate chiarisce in merito al corretto inquadramento fiscale delle somme corrisposte dalla Società al coniuge, ai figli minori o agli aventi causa dei partner, nelle ipotesi di morte del lavoratore, a titolo di assegno integrativo caso morte, sulla base di apposito regolamento aziendale e sotto forma di rendita mensile.Nel fornire il proprio orientamento, l'Agenzia afferma che tali importi, determinati in base al regolamento aziendale e riconosciuti in caso di morte del lavoratore, non concorrono a formare il reddito imponibile ai sensi dell?"articolo 6, comma 2, del TUIR, indipendentemente dalla modalità di erogazione, sia essa in capitale o sotto forma di rendita.   • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
