CU 2025: DEFINITE LE MODALITà DI RICHIESTA MASSIVA DEI DATI DA PARTE DI CAF E PROFESSIONISTI


Con il Provvedimento del 20 ottobre, l?"Agenzia delle Entrate ha stabilito le regole operative che consentono agli intermediari, come CAF, professionisti abilitati e altri soggetti incaricati della trasmissione telematica delle dichiarazioni, di richiedere e acquisire, anche in modo massivo, i dati delle Certificazioni Uniche (CU) dei contribuenti che li hanno delegati alla consultazione del proprio cassetto fiscale.La misura dà attuazione alle disposizioni previste dall?"articolo 23 del Decreto-legge n. 1/2024, volte a rafforzare il contenuto informativo del cassetto fiscale. Gli intermediari potranno inviare all?"Agenzia delle Entrate, tramite il servizio Entratel, un file con la richiesta dei dati delle CU dei contribuenti per i quali risultano delegati, che dovrà contenere: il codice fiscale dell?"intermediario che effettua la richiesta; l?"elenco dei codici fiscali dei soggetti interessati; l?"anno di riferimento delle CU. Per la fase sperimentale, prevista nel primo anno di applicazione, la procedura riguarderà esclusivamente le Certificazioni Uniche 2025, relative all?"anno d?"imposta 2024. La richiesta dovrà essere compilata tramite il software messo a disposizione dall?"Agenzia delle Entrate, o con altri strumenti conformi alle specifiche tecniche indicate nell?"Allegato A al provvedimento. Dopo la compilazione, il file dovrà essere verificato mediante il software di controllo fornito dall?"Agenzia e quindi trasmesso telematicamente.A ogni richiesta verrà attribuito un "protocollo telematico" (codice identificativo) e il sistema restituirà un esito di avvenuta o mancata acquisizione. Entro tre giorni dalla ricezione dell?"esito positivo, nella sezione “Ricevute” dell?"area riservata del sito dell?"Agenzia sarà disponibile un file con i risultati dei controlli effettuati su ciascuna delle richieste inviate.Per ogni richiesta accettata, verrà poi predisposto un file di risposta contenente i dati delle CU richieste. Tuttavia, i dati saranno messi a disposizione solo se la delega alla consultazione del cassetto fiscale del contribuente risulterà effettivamente attiva alla data di acquisizione della richiesta.Infine, entro cinque giorni dall?"invio della richiesta andata a buon fine, l?"Agenzia renderà disponibile il file con i dati delle CU che hanno superato tutti i controlli.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
