CONTENZIOSO TRIBUTARIO: LA RELAZIONE ANNUALE 2024


Sul sito internet del Dipartimento della Giustizia Tributaria, sezione Dati e statistica, è stata pubblicata la relazione annuale sull'andamento del contenzioso tributario e sull?"attività delle Corti di giustizia tributaria relativa all?"anno 2024. In aumento del 2,5%, rispetto al 2023, le liti tributarie pendenti: in primo grado si registra un aumento del 10,9%, mentre in secondo grado una contrazione del 11,5%.I nuovi ricorsi depositati nei due gradi di giudizio si attesta a 224.725 unità, con un importante aumento dei ricorsi, sia nel primo grado di giudizio (+31,6%) sia nel secondo grado (+15,4%). Migliora, nel 2024, la durata media dei giudizi di primo grado. Rispetto al 2023 la durata è stata di 373 giorni, in miglioramento quindi del 13,1%. Nel secondo grato la durata media è stata invece di 947 giorni, registrando una riduzione del 2,1% rispetto al 2023. Fonte: https://www.dgt.mef.gov.it

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
