TAX CREDIT CINEMA: PUBBLICATO IL DECRETO CORRETTIVO. LE RICHIESTE DAL 18 GIUGNO


Sul sito internet della Direzione generale Cinema e audiovisivo è stato pubblicato il Decreto n. 141 del 22 aprile 2025, recante le disposizioni correttive al decreto n. 225/2024 del Ministero della Cultura di concerto col Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze, in materia di credito di imposta per le imprese di produzione cinematografica e audiovisiva.Le disposizioni contenute nel decreto "correttivo" sono entrate in vigore il 6 giugno 2025, giorno della sua pubblicazione. Come presentare le domandeRelativamente alla procedura di presentazione delle domande sulla piattaforma DGCOL, la Direzione generale Cinema e Audiovisivo informa che la sessione per la presentazione delle richieste preventive e definitive del credito di imposta per le imprese di produzione cinematografica e audiovisiva attualmente in corso, permetterà unicamente il completamento delle domande già aperte in piattaforma, che dovrà avvenire entro le ore 23:59 del 15 giugno 2025.Inoltre, a conclusione delle necessarie attività di aggiornamento della piattaforma, in data 18 giugno 2025 si procederà alla riapertura della sessione per la presentazione delle richieste di credito d?"imposta, sulla base del decreto n. 225/2025, come modificato ed integrato dalle nuove disposizioni contenute nel decreto correttivo.In particolare, sarà possibile presentare, alternativamente: richieste di credito d?"imposta per le quali il richiedente intende avvalersi delle disposizioni di cui al DL n. 225/2024, comprensivo delle modifiche apportate dal decreto correttivo; richieste di credito d?"imposta per le quali il richiedente intende avvalersi della “disciplina transitoria”, che consente l?"applicazione del Dl n. 70/2021 e successive modifiche (fermo restando il versamento delle spese istruttorie), in relazione alle opere per le quali, alla data del 14 agosto 2024, alternativamente: erano stati stipulati contratti, aventi data certa, con fornitori di servizi di media audiovisivi ovvero con distributori cinematografici; erano state realizzate almeno quattro settimane consecutive di riprese ovvero il cinquanta per cento delle giornate di lavorazione.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
