SPONSORIZZAZIONI SPORTIVE: AL VIA LE RICHIESTE DEL BONUS PER IL TERZO TRIMESTRE 2023


Si è aperta lo scorso 5 giugno, e si chiuderà il 5 agosto 2025, la finestra temporale per l'invio, tramite l'apposita piattaforma online, delle domande di riconoscimento del credito di imposta per le sponsorizzazioni sportive a valere sulle operazioni svolte nel terzo trimestre dell'anno fiscale 2023.A comunicarlo il Dipartimento per lo Sport, con una notizia pubblicata sul sito internet istituzionale.Il contributo, riconosciuto sotto forma di credito d'imposta, è pari al 50% delle spese per gli investimenti effettuati a decorrere dal 1° luglio 2023 e fino al 30 settembre 2023. Destinatari della misura sono i lavoratori autonomi, le imprese e gli enti non commerciali che hanno effettuato investimenti in campagne pubblicitarie, incluse le sponsorizzazioni, nei confronti di leghe che organizzano campionati nazionali a squadre ovvero società sportive professionistiche e società ed associazioni sportive dilettantistiche iscritte al Registro nazionale delle attività sportive dilettantistiche (che ha sostituito il precedente Registro CONI). Per accedere al credito d'imposta sono richiesti i seguenti requisiti: essere operanti in discipline ammesse ai Giochi Olimpici e paralimpici; svolgere attività sportiva giovanile; avere ricavi, relativi al periodo d'imposta 2022 e comunque prodotti in Italia, che siano almeno pari a 150.000 euro e non superiori a 15 milioni di euro; avere effettuato un investimento in campagne pubblicitarie di importo complessivo non inferiore a 10.000 euro (iva esclusa). A seguito della presentazione della domanda l?"utente potrà seguire lo stato di lavorazione della propria istanza fino all?"inserimento all?"interno del Registro Nazionale degli Aiuti di Stato, controllando il campo “stato di lavorazione della pratica”.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
