INTESA AG. ENTRATE E CONSULENTI DEL LAVORO PER SEMPLIFICAZIONE E DIGITALIZZAZIONE DEI SERVIZI FISCALI


E' stato siglato un accordo quadro tra l?"Agenzia delle Entrate e il Consiglio Nazionaledell?"Ordine dei Consulenti del Lavoro che ha l'obiettivo di semplificare i rapporti con i contribuenti tramite l?"utilizzo di procedure che agevolino l?"adempimento degli obblighi fiscali e canali di comunicazione telematici immediati ed efficaci, che permettano di ridurre i tempi di erogazione dei servizi, ottimizzando le risorse e favorendo la diffusione della cultura digitale.Tra gli strumenti per favorire la compliance, il rafforzamento del canale CIVIS e l?"utilizzo prioritario dei servizi a distanza e digitali. Con questa intesa il Consiglio Nazionale si impegna a promuovere presso i propri iscritti, attraverso iniziative di formazione da avviare sul territorio nazionale in collaborazione con i Consigli provinciali, l?"utilizzo prioritario dei servizi digitali e a distanza disponibili, tramite appuntamento telefonico e in videochiamata, al posto dell?"accesso fisico presso gli Uffici territoriali delle Entrate. Dal servizio di rilascio, variazione e cessazione partita Iva all?"accesso al cassetto fiscale dei propri clienti per reperire le informazioni utili agli ulteriori adempimenti fiscali (dichiarazioni presentate, stato rimborsi, versamenti eseguiti). Verrà inoltre promosso l?"utilizzo “sistematico” del canale CIVIS per i servizi che saranno resi disponibili progressivamente. L'Agenzia delle Entrate, invece, fornirà assistenza dedicata agli iscritti all?"Ordine (fino a un massimo di tre appuntamenti al giorno per iscritto presso i propri uffici per i servizi non disponibili in modalità digitale), si impegnerà per dare risposta, entro 10 giorni lavorativi, sul riesame degli esiti scaturenti dall?"attività di liquidazione automatizzata, a integrare CIVIS con una funzionalità che consenta la richiesta di riesame in caso di irregolarità da controllo automatizzato e a fornire ulteriori informazioni fiscali nel Cassetto fiscale online per agevolare la gestione degli adempimenti.  Previste infine iniziative comuni a carattere formativo e informativo per favorire l?"aggiornamento professionale degli operatori, oltre all'istituzione di un tavolo nazionale, composto dai rappresentanti dei due Enti, che si occuperà di monitorare le attività intraprese sui territori, valutarne le problematiche e uniformare i servizi fiscali erogati, con l?"obiettivo di rendere sempre più efficace e orientata alla compliance la comunicazione con i cittadini.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
