5 PER MILLE 2024: AMMESSI ED ESCLUSI


L'Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato gli elenchi degli ammessi e degli esclusi al 5 per mille 2024, oltre all'elenco complessivo dei beneficiari, con i dati sulle preferenze espresse dai contribuenti nella propria dichiarazione. Si tratta di oltre 91mila enti (Enti del Terzo Settore e Onlus, della Ricerca sanitaria e scientifica, Associazioni sportive dilettantistiche, Enti per la tutela dei beni culturali e paesaggistici, Enti gestori delle aree protette e Comuni) ai quali, in base alle preferenze espresse, andranno quasi 523 milioni di euro.  Gli enti beneficiari e la distribuzione degli importiL?"elenco degli ammessi comprende in totale 91.012 enti, suddivisi per categoria: al primo posto si trovano gli Enti del Terzo Settore e Onlus (che sono 68.452, a cui andranno oltre 330 milioni di euro), seguono le Associazioni sportive dilettantistiche (13.825, a cui andranno oltre 18 milioni), gli enti impegnati nella ricerca scientifica (467, con 69 milioni di euro), quelli che operano nel settore della sanità (107, con oltre 86 milioni), gli enti dei beni culturali e paesaggistici (228, quasi 3 milioni) e gli Enti gestori delle aree protette (24, oltre 667mila euro). The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
