ZLS 2025: PRONTO IL SOFTWARE DI COMPILAZIONE. L'INVIO DEL MODELLO FINO AL 23 GIUGNO


L'Agenzia delle Entrate ha pubblicato il software ZLS_2025, utile per la compilazione del credito d?"imposta per gli investimenti nelle Zone logistiche semplificate – ZLS 2025, realizzati dal 1° gennaio 2025 al 15 novembre 2025, relativi all?"acquisizione di beni strumentali destinati a strutture produttive già esistenti o che vengono impiantate nelle Zone Logistiche Semplificate.Il software permette di inviare il modello di comunicazione degli investimenti realizzati. Per fruire del credito d?"imposta gli operatori economici interessati devono inviare all?"Agenzia delle entrate una comunicazione, dal 22 maggio 2025 al 23 giugno 2025, nella quale devono essere indicati: l?"ammontare delle spese sostenute per gli investimenti realizzati dal 1°gennaio 2025; l?"ammontare delle spese che prevedono di sostenere per gli investimenti realizzati fino al 15 novembre 2025. Si considera tempestiva anche la comunicazione trasmessa dal 19 giugno 2025 al 23 giugno 2025 ma scartata dal servizio telematico, purché ritrasmessa entro il 28 giugno 2025. Dal 20 novembre 2025 al 2 dicembre 2025, dovrà essere inviata una comunicazione integrativa attestante l?"avvenuta realizzazione degli investimenti indicati nella comunicazione. Si considera tempestiva anche la comunicazione integrativa trasmessa dal 28 novembre 2025 al 2 dicembre 2025 ma scartata dal servizio telematico, purché ritrasmessa entro il 7 dicembre 2025. Per l'invio di entrambe le comunicazioni devono essere utilizzati i modelli approvati con provvedimento del Direttore dell?"Agenzia delle entrate del 27 marzo 2025, che dovranno essere trasmessi esclusivamente mediante i canali telematici dell?"Agenzia delle entrate, direttamente dal beneficiario oppure avvalendosi di un soggetto incaricato della trasmissione della dichiarazione.  Fonte: https://www.agenziaentrate.gov.it

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
