CPB: APPROVATE SPECIFICHE TECNICHE E MODALITà DI TRASMISSIONE TELEMATICA DEI DATI


Con Provvedimento del 24 aprile l'Agenzia delle Entrate ha approvato le specifiche tecniche da utilizzare per la trasmissione telematica dei dati rilevanti ai fini dell'elaborazione della proposta di concordato preventivo biennale (CPB) per i periodi d?"imposta 2025 e 2026, e dell?"accettazione della proposta stessa, da parte degli esercenti attività d?"impresa o arti e professioni, e i controlli telematici per la trasmissione dei dati.Il modello può essere trasmesso direttamente dal soggetto interessato o tramite degli intermediari abilitati alla trasmissione. Le specifiche e i controlli approvati sostituiscono, anche ai fini degli Indici sintetici di affidabilità fiscale (ISA), quelle approvate con provvedimento del Direttore dell?"Agenzia delle entrate del 17 marzo 2025. Il provvedimento, inoltre: fornisce indicazioni sulle modalità con le quali i contribuenti trasmettono i dati necessari per l?"elaborazione della proposta di CPB e per la relativa accettazione; disciplina le modalità di comunicazione della revoca dell?"adesione alla proposta di CPB per i periodi d?"imposta 2025 e 2026; approva le modifiche alle specifiche tecniche degli indici sintetici di affidabilità fiscale e dei modelli Redditi 2025, allo scopo di consentire l?"adesione al CPB per i periodi d?"imposta 2025 e 2026 e la revoca della relativa adesione.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
