MILLEPROROGHE: CREDITO D'IMPOSTA ZONE LOGISTICHE SEMPLIFICATE


Il Decreto Milleproroghe (art.3, commi 14-octies, 14-novies e 14-decies), introduce una proroga del periodo per la realizzazione degli investimenti realizzati dalle imprese che operano nelle Zone logistiche semplificate, con lo scopo di sostenere lo sviluppo economico e infrastrutturale delle aree interessate.Il contributo per le Zone logistiche semplificate (Zls), corrisposto sotto forma di credito d'imposta, viene quindi esteso agli investimenti in beni strumentali realizzati dal 1° gennaio 2025 al 15 novembre 2025, con un limite di spesa di 80 milioni di euro.  Per accedere al contributo i soggetti interessati comunicare all?"Agenzia delle Entrate, dal 22 maggio al 23 giugno 2025, le spese ammissibili già sostenute dal 1° gennaio 2025 e quelle previste fino al 15 novembre 2025.Inoltre, devono presentare, dal 20 novembre al 2 dicembre 2025, la comunicazione dell'importo definitivo delle spese effettivamente sostenute nello stesso periodo.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
