RECUPERO RECORD DELL'EVASIONE FISCALE NEL 2024


A seguito dell'attività di recupero dell?"evasione svolta da Agenzia delle Entrate e Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione, nel 2024 sono confluiti complessivamente nelle casse dello Stato 33,4 miliardi di euro, di cui 7,1 miliardi conseguiti dall'Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione per conto di altri Enti.Si tratta, quindi, di 2 miliardi in più rispetto al 2023.In aumento anche le somme versate spontaneamente dai cittadini: il gettito relativo ai principali tributi gestiti dall?"Agenzia delle Entrate ha raggiunto i 587 miliardi di euro, in crescita di 43 miliardi rispetto al 2023 (+8%).  In particolare, dei 26,3 miliardi di euro di recupero dell?"evasione fiscale dell'Agenzia delle Entrate, l?"87% proviene da attività ordinarie, di cui 12,6 miliardi sono stati versati dai contribuenti dopo aver ricevuto un atto dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate, 5,7 miliardi a seguito di una cartella e 4,5 miliardi sono frutto delle attività di promozione della compliance.In flessione, invece, del 30% gli incassi da misure straordinarie, sempre riferiti all?"Agenzia delle Entrate (rottamazione delle cartelle, liti pendenti e "pace fiscale").Dei 16 miliardi di euro di recupero da parte dell'Agenzia delle entrate-Riscossione, 10,6 provengono da attività ordinarie e 5,4 da misure straordinarie. Relativamente agli enti affidatari, 8,9 miliardi sono stati riscossi per conto dell?"Agenzia delle Entrate, 3,8 miliardi per l?"Inps, 1 miliardo per i Comuni e i restanti per altri enti (Regioni, Casse di previdenza, Ministeri, Inail, ecc). Rispetto invece alle fasce di debito, il 57% delle somme (oltre 9 miliardi) sono state versate da contribuenti con debiti superiori a 100mila euro. Dalle attività anti-frode svolte dal Fisco (analisi di rischio e controlli preventivi) l?"Agenzia delle Entrate ha assicurato minori spese a carico del bilancio dello Stato per 5,8 miliardi di euro tra crediti fittizi, indebite compensazioni e rimborsi Iva non spettanti.
