LA NUOVA DENUNCIA DI SUCCESSIONE


La denuncia di successione, ufficialmente "dichiarazione di successione", è un adempimento fiscale obbligatorio per gli eredi in caso di decesso di un congiunto. La dichiarazione permette di comunicare all'Agenzia Entrate il passaggio di proprietà dei beni del defunto agli eredi. Con il Provvedimento n. 47335/2025 del 13 febbraio 2025 il Direttore dell?"Agenzia ha pubblicato il nuovo modello per la presentazione della dichiarazione di successione e domanda di volture catastali, aggiornato in seguito al decreto legislativo del 18 settembre 2024, n. 139.  Le principali novità riguardano: Autoliquidazione dell'imposta di successione: i soggetti obbligati al pagamento dell'imposta possono autoliquidarla, semplificando il processo e velocizzando i tempi. Tassazione dei trust: introdotte nuove modalità di tassazione per i trust istituiti per testamento, con possibilità di pagamento delle imposte ipo-catastali in misura fissa e opzione per il pagamento dell'imposta di successione al momento della presentazione della dichiarazione. Nuove modalità di tassazione dei tributi speciali: aggiornamenti sulle modalità di tassazione dei tributi speciali relativi ai servizi ipotecari e catastali e alla richiesta di "Attestazione di avvenuta presentazione della dichiarazione". Sistema sanzionatorio tributario: recepiti aggiornamenti relativi al tardivo pagamento dell'imposta di successione, delle imposte ipocatastali e degli altri tributi autoliquidati. Riorganizzazione del quadro EI: riorganizzato il quadro contenente le dichiarazioni sostitutive di atto di notorietà necessarie per le volture catastali. La dichiarazione di successione deve essere presentata entro 12 mesi dalla data del decesso. È possibile presentare la dichiarazione online attraverso il sito dell'Agenzia Entrate, oppure tramite un intermediario abilitato (commercialista, notaio, ecc.).

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
