IMPOSTA DI SUCCESSIONE: APPROVATO IL NUOVO MODELLO DICHIARATIVO


L'Agenzia delle Entrate, con Provvedimento del 14 febbraio, ha approvato il nuovo modello per la presentazione della dichiarazione di successione e domanda di volture catastali, con le relative istruzioni e le specifiche tecniche, aggiornato secondo le ultime disposizioni normative. In particolare, il modello dichiarativo e le relative istruzioni per la compilazione sono stati adeguati alle disposizioni contenute nel DL n. 139/2024 per permettere ai contribuenti interessati di procedere direttamente all'autoliquidazione dell'imposta di successione, al posto di quella effettuata dall?"Agenzia delle entrate.A questo scopo, è stata inserita una specifica sezione nel quadro della dichiarazione di successione riservato alla liquidazione delle somme dovute (quadro EF). Altri adeguamentiRelativamente alla tassazione dei trust istituiti per testamento, è stato previsto il pagamento delle imposte ipo-catastali in misura fissa, nonché l?"opzione per il pagamento dell?"imposta di successione, autoliquidata, in occasione della presentazione della dichiarazione, invece che nel momento in cui avviene il trasferimento dei beni e diritti ai beneficiari finali.Vengono attuate anche le disposizioni sulle nuove modalità di tassazione dei tributi speciali relativamente ai servizi ipotecari e catastali e alla richiesta di “Attestazione di avvenuta presentazione della dichiarazione”. Nel nuovo modello, inoltre, sono state recepite le novità in merito al sistema sanzionatorio tributario, relative al tardivo pagamento dell?"imposta di successione, delle imposte ipo- catastali e degli altri tributi autoliquidati.Infine, il modello dichiarativo è stato riorganizzato il quadro EI, contenente le dichiarazioni sostitutive di atto notorio necessarie per le volture catastali nei casi di “passaggi senza atti legali” e di “discordanza dati intestatario” degli immobili.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
