COMPENSAZIONE CREDITO IVA 2025 DAL 1° GENNAIO


A partire dal 1° gennaio 2025 è possibile utilizzare il credito in compensazione orizzontale con altre imposte e contributi, già dal 16 gennaio 2025, ma entro il limite massimo di 5.000 euro. La compensazione può essere effettuata utilizzando il codice tributo 6099 con anno di riferimento 2024, tramite il modello F24. Per importi superiori a questa soglia, sarà necessario attendere la presentazione della dichiarazione IVA annuale e ottenere il visto di conformità, salvo esoneri per i contribuenti “virtuosi”.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
