NUOVO MODELLO DI DICHIARAZIONE DI SUCCESSIONE TELEMATICA


Dal 15 aprile 2018 è possibile inviare il nuovo modello per la dichiarazione di successione telematica, che potrà essere utilizzato per le successioni aperte a partire dal 3 ottobre 2006. Il modello, che vale anche come domanda di volture catastali senza necessità di recarsi presso gli uffici dell'Agenzia, sostituisce quello approvato lo scorso giugno. Grazie al nuovo format, sarà possibile ottenere l'attestazione di avvenuta presentazione della dichiarazione telematica che consentirà di verificare online l'originalità del documento. Con la nuova versione del modello, sarà sufficiente pagare l'imposta di bollo e i tributi speciali per richiedere il rilascio dell'attestazione di avvenuta presentazione della dichiarazione. L'attestazione, in formato Pdf, è munita di un apposito contrassegno (cosiddetto glifo), di un codice identificativo del documento e di un codice di verifica del documento (cvd), che consentiranno di verificarne l'originalità direttamente sul sito delle Entrate. In questo modo, non sarà più necessario recarsi presso gli uffici dell'Agenzia per richiedere una copia conforme alla dichiarazione di successione presentata telematicamente. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
