MISE: QUALI SONO I SOGGETTI AMMESSI A BENEFICIARE DELLE AGEVOLAZIONI PER L'ECONOMIA SOCIALE


Il Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico ha pubblicato sul proprio sito internet le risposte alle domande più frequenti in tema di agevolazioni per le imprese sociali. In una di queste il Ministero chiarisce che possono beneficiare delle agevolazioni esclusivamente le imprese di qualsiasi dimensione che, alla data di presentazione della domanda, risultino essere regolarmente costituite e iscritte nel registro delle imprese e inserite nelle apposite sezioni, elenchi, albi e anagrafi previsti dalla rispettiva normativa di riferimento, costituite in forma di società. Le imprese, inoltre, devono appartenere e alle seguenti tre tipologie: Imprese sociali di cui all'art. 1 del decreto legislativo n. 112/2017 - provvedimento che dal 20 luglio 2017 ha abrogato il previgente decreto legislativo n. 155/2006 - iscritte nella sezione speciale delle imprese sociali del Registro delle imprese, purché costituite in forma di società (di persone o di capitali). Cooperative sociali di cui alla legge n. 381/1991 e relativi consorzi, iscritte nella categoria «cooperative sociali» dell'Albo nazionale delle società cooperative del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico; dal 20 luglio 2017 le cooperative sociali hanno acquisito di diritto la qualifica di imprese sociali (art. 1, comma 4, del decreto legislativo n. 112/2017), fermo restando che ad esse le disposizioni di cui al decreto n. 112/2017 si applicano nel rispetto della normativa specifica delle cooperative ed in quanto compatibili. Società cooperative con qualifica di Onlus di cui al decreto legislativo n. 460/1997, art. 10, iscritte nell'Albo nazionale delle società cooperative del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico e nell'Anagrafe unica delle ONLUS, presso il Ministero dell'economia e delle finanze. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
