ANTIRICICLAGGIO: COSA FARE SE SI POSSEGGONO ANCORA ASSEGNI PRIVI DELLA CLAUSOLA DI NON TRASFERIBILITà


L'entrata in vigore del decreto legislativo n. 231/2007 (normativa antiriciclaggio), ha reso sanzionabile l'utilizzo di assegni oltre i 1.000 euro privi della clausola di non trasferibilità. Il Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze, a seguito di segnalazioni che hanno rivelato quanto ancora continuino ad essere utilizzati assegni oltre la soglia di 1.000 euro che non riportano tale clausola, ha pubblicato un vademecum che riassume le regole vigenti in materia. Ad esempio, il MEF chiarisce che qualora, ancora oggi, si posseggano libretti di assegni rilasciati da banche e Poste Italiane prima del 2008, ossia in "forma libera" e quindi non recanti la stampa della clausola di non trasferibilita?, è possibile: utilizzare i moduli di assegni del libretto esclusivamente per importi inferiori a 1000 euro, apponendovi il nominativo del beneficiario; utilizzare i moduli di assegni del libretto per importi pari o superiori a 1.000 euro unicamente previa apposizione, da parte del traente, all'atto di emissione dell'assegno, della dicitura "non trasferibile" e del nominativo del beneficiario. È importante verificare sempre, precisa il MEF, che gli assegni di importo pari o superiore a 1.000 euro rechino la clausola di non trasferibilità anche qualora, in qualità di beneficiario, si riceva un assegno bancario o postale.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
