5 PER MILLE: PUBBLICATO L'ELENCO PERMANENTE. AL VIA LE NUOVE ISCRIZIONI


Con il comunicato Stampa del 28 marzo 2018 l'Agenzia delle Entrate informa della pubblicazione del nuovo elenco permanente 2018, suddiviso per tipologia di enti (del volontariato, della ricerca scientifica e dell'Università, della ricerca sanitaria e le associazioni sportive dilettantistiche), che comprende gli enti regolarmente iscritti nel 2017 e quelli già presenti nel primo elenco permanente pubblicato l'anno scorso, comprensivo degli iscritti 2016. A seguito dello snellimento delle procedure in vigore dal 2017 questi enti non sono tenuti a presentare di nuovo la domanda di iscrizione e a inviare la relativa dichiarazione sostitutiva per l'anno in corso. Rimane invece l'obbligo, precisano le Entrate, di presentare una nuova dichiarazione sostitutiva solo nel caso in cui il rappresentante legale sia cambiato rispetto a quello che aveva firmato la dichiarazione sostitutiva precedentemente inviata (per il 2016 e/o per il 2017). Ci sarà tempo quindi fino al 21 maggio per segnalare eventuali errori o variazioni presenti nell'elenco permanente degli iscritti pubblicato oggi sul sito dell'Agenzia, in vista della pubblicazione dell'elenco permanente corretto prevista per il 25 maggio. Da oggi, 29 marzo, partono inoltre le nuove iscrizioni 2018 per gli enti che richiedono per la prima volta l'accesso al beneficio e per quelli che non sono inseriti nell'elenco permanente. Nel Comunicato Stampa, disponibile qui, l'Agenzia Entrate pubblica anche una tabella riassuntiva con tutte le date utili da ricordare per gli enti del volontariato e le associazioni sportive dilettantistiche interessati all'iscrizione al 5 per mille per il 2018.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
