RIFORMA DEL TERZO SETTORE: LE PROPOSTE DI EMENDAMENTO DEL CNDCEC


Il Consiglio nazionale dei dottori commercialisti (CNDCEC), per mezzo anche dell'attività del proprio "Gruppo di lavoro per la riforma del Terzo settore", ha elaborato un pacchetto di proposte di emendamento per la revisione delle disposizioni concernenti la riforma del Terzo settore, di cui al decreto legislativo n. 117/2017. La necessità di un intervento è nata in considerazione del fatto che il Codice del Terzo settore rende possibile l'emanazione di decreti correttivi entro 12 mesi dall'entrata in vigore dei decreti attuativi della Riforma e il termine ultimo per la loro approvazione è fissato per il 3 agosto del 2018. Il presente documento presenta alcuni emendamenti alla norma, e in particolare al Codice del Terzo settore (D. Lgs. 117/2017), i quali, cercando di realizzare al meglio la ratio normativa, apportano alcune limitate modifiche che potrebbero rendere il sistema più coordinato e uniforme. A questo fine, sono presentate alcune proposte che tendono a conciliare l'intendimento del legislatore delegante con quanto oggi previsto in materia di revisione "organica" del settore.   • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
