BILANCI - DISPONIBILE IL MANUALE OPERATIVO 2018 PER IL DEPOSITO PRESSO IL REGISTRO DELLE IMPRESE


E' online il "Manuale operativo per il DEPOSITO BILANCI al registro delle imprese - Campagna bilanci 2018" volto a facilitare le società e i professionisti nell'adempimento dell'obbligo di deposito del bilancio oltre che a creare linee guida uniformi di comportamento su scala nazionale. Questa guida descrive le modalità di compilazione della modulistica elettronica e di deposito telematico dei Bilanci e degli Elenchi Soci nel 2018. Nella Guida si ricorda che il D.Lgs n. 139/2015, che recepisce nel nostro ordinamento giuridico la Direttiva 2013/34/UE relativa ai bilanci, ha apportato numerose integrazioni e modifiche agli articoli del codice civile, e di conseguenza ai principi contabili nazionali, che si applicano ai bilanci degli esercizi con inizio dal 1° gennaio 2016 compreso. Ai fini della redazione del bilancio, nella Guida si tiene conto anche della nuova definizione di PMI in ambito europeo che include la sub-categoria delle micro-imprese, pertanto la tassonomia XBRL ha subito i necessari adeguamenti per garantire l'aderenza alla nuova normativa dei bilanci di esercizio, in particolare delle micro-imprese e dei consolidati. La tassonomia 2017-07-06, evoluzione della tassonomia 2016-11-14, recepisce, i più recenti aggiornamenti ai principi contabili nazionali pubblicati da OIC (Organismo Italiano di Contabilità) il 22 dicembre 2016. La tassonomia è in vigore da gennaio 2018 per gli esercizi chiusi dal 31 dicembre 2017 e va obbligatoriamente utilizzata a decorrere dal 1° marzo 2018. Si ricorda, infine, che per il deposito del bilancio di esercizio e dell'eventuale elenco soci annuale (per le SPA, le SAPA e le SCpA) è necessario utilizzare le funzioni di spedizione disponibili in http://webtelemaco.infocamere.it . Il deposito del bilancio NON rientra, infatti, tra gli adempimenti compresi nella Comunicazione Unica. A differenza del bilancio annuale, il deposito del bilancio finale di liquidazione rientra tra gli adempimenti compresi nella Comunicazione Unica e pertanto non è contemplato nella presente Guida.
