DALLE FINANZE CHIARIMENTI IN MERITO ALL'ESENZIONE DALL'IMU PER I TERRENI AGRICOLI


Con la risoluzione n. 1/DF del 28 febbraio 2018 il Dipartimento delle Finanze risponde alla richiesta di chiarimenti in merito alla corretta applicazione della normativa sulla disciplina agevolativa relativa all'imposta municipale propria (IMU) nei confronti di coltivatori diretti e di imprenditori agricoli professionali iscritti nella previdenza agricola e titolari di trattamento pensionistico agricolo. Nel documento il Dipartimento delle Finanze chiarisce che l'esenzione dall'IMU per i terreni agricoli a favore dei coltivatori diretti (CD) e degli imprenditori agricoli professionali (IAP) riguarda anche i CD e gli IAP già pensionati, iscritti nella previdenza agricola, che continuano a condurre i propri terreni.   • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
