PUBBLICATO IL RAPPORTO DEL MEF SUL PROCESSO TRIBUTARIO TELEMATICO (PTT)


Il Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze ha pubblicato il Rapporto sui depositi telematici degli atti e documenti nel contenzioso tributario, redatto dalla Direzione Giustizia tributaria, e ricorda che il PTT è attivo su tutto il territorio nazionale dal 15 luglio 2017. Dai dati forniti dal Rapporto emerge che, nei primi 6 mesi di attività dei sistemi telematici (1 agosto 2017-31 gennaio 2018), su 745.603 atti presentati, tra ricorsi, appelli, controdeduzioni, memorie, 202.452 sono stati presentati telematicamente (oltre un atto su quattro). Al 31 gennaio 2018 la piattaforma informatica dedicata ha visto oltre 17.300 utenti privati registrati (cittadini e professionisti), a cui si sommano 7.000 dipendenti di enti impositori e territoriali per un totale di 24.300 utenti. Al 31 gennaio 2018 risultano depositati complessivamente oltre 317.000 file. Il prossimo obbiettivo a cui la Direzione del Mef sta lavorando insieme al Consiglio di presidenza della giustizia tributaria è la sentenza telematica, che potrebbe diventare realtà nel primo trimestre del 2019.   • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
