AL VIA LA PRECOMPILATA 2024: INVIO DAL 20 MAGGIO


Sono visualizzabili online, nell'apposita area riservata del sito internet dell'Agenzia delle Entrate, i modelli precompilati (730/2024 e Redditi PF 2024, relativi al peiodo d'imposta 2023) con i dati in possesso del Fisco o inviati dagli enti esterni, come datori di lavoro, farmacie e banche. I contribuenti, a partire dal 20 maggio, potranno accettare, integrare o modificare i dati proposti ed effettuare l'invio telematico della dichiarazione all’Agenzia delle Entrate.Tra le novità della precompilata 2024 il nuovo 730 semplificato che, attraverso un'interfaccia più intuitiva, aiuterà il  il cittadino nel processo di compilazione. Non sarà quindi più necessario conoscere quadri, righi e codici, ma si sarà guidati fino all’invio della dichiarazione.Altra novità di quest’anno sarà la possibilità di ricevere eventuali rimborsi da 730 direttamente dall’Agenzia, anche in presenza di un sostituto d’imposta. Inoltre, in via sperimentale, da quest'anno l’Agenzia delle entrate rende disponibile la dichiarazione dei redditi precompilata anche ai contribuenti titolari di redditi diversi da quelli di lavoro dipendente e pensione. Nel Provvedimento dell'Agenzia Entrate del 29 aprile tutte le istruzioni utili per l'accesso e la presentazione della dichiarazione precompilata, oltre alle modalità di delega a terzi, le procedure per consultare, modificare o confermare i dati in possesso dell’Amministrazione. The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
