DAL TAVOLO PER LA FINANZA SOSTENIBILE UN TEMPLATE PER SUPPORTARE LE PICCOLE E MEDIE IMPRESE


Nella Relazione annuale del Tavolo per la Finanza Sostenibile, che rendiconta le attività svolte nel corso del 2023, si annuncia che a breve verrà posto in consultazione pubblica un template “PMI-Banche” realizzato al fine di supportare le piccole e medie imprese, non soggette a obblighi di reportistica di sostenibilità, nell’individuazione di informazioni ESG, da fornire ai diversi attori del sistema economico (inclusi gli attori del sistema finanziario). Il Template PMI-Banche non rappresenta uno standard di rendicontazione di sostenibilità, né costituisce una alternativa all’utilizzo di standard riconosciuti, adottati o in corso di adozione, a livello nazionale o internazionale, ma contribuisce ad accrescere la consapevolezza delle imprese circa le questioni di sostenibilità che maggiormente le interessano nell’esercizio della loro attività. Viene altresì preannunciato un ulteriore template per la definizione delle informazioni di sostenibilità rilevanti per soddisfare le esigenze informative degli investitori istituzionali. Tali informazioni potranno essere utilizzate dalle imprese assicurative che intendono assicurare le PMI. Il Tavolo per la finanza sostenibile è stato costituito su iniziativa del Ministero dell’Economia e delle Finanze e coinvolge il Ministero dell’Ambiente e della Sicurezza Energetica, la Banca d’Italia, la Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB), l’Istituto per la vigilanza sulle Assicurazioni (IVASS) e la Commissione di Vigilanza sui Fondi Pensione (COVIP). Obiettivo del Tavolo è favorire il coordinamento degli sforzi, delle iniziative delle istituzioni e del sistema economico del Paese, al fine di sviluppare e attuare strategie di finanza sostenibile e mobilitare le risorse private, attraverso il mercato dei capitali, al fine di agevolare il conseguimento degli impegni assunti dal Paese a livello europeo e internazionale.

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.
  • it will be held in the company archives with no deadline, until independent cancellation by the user, voluntary cancellation by the Controller or an explicit request for cancellation by the user.
  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
