SOCIAL BONUS: AL 15 SETTEMBRE LA PRIMA SCADENZA UTILE PER LA PRESENTAZIONE DELLE DOMANDE


E' attiva la piattaforma che permetterà agli enti beneficiari di presentare la domanda di partecipazione al "Social Bonus", istituito dall'art. 81 del Codice del Terzo Settore quale credito d'imposta pari al 65% delle erogazioni liberali in denaro effettuate da persone fisiche e del 50% se effettuate da enti o società in favore degli ETS che presentino al Ministero del Lavoro un progetto per sostenere il recupero degli immobili pubblici inutilizzati e dei beni mobili e immobili confiscati alla criminalità organizzata, ad essi assegnati e da questi utilizzati esclusivamente per lo svolgimento di attività di interesse generale con modalità non commerciali. La prima finestra utile per la presentazione dei progetti da finanziare con la misura del Social Bonus è attiva fino al prossimo 15 settembre.  Fonte: https://www.lavoro.gov.it

The data controller is Studio Dorighelli, who states that the data acquired in this manner will be handled as follows:

  • it will be used to comply with current requests for information/acquistion/registration until completed and for no other purpose.

  • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
