SOGGETTI A TASSAZIONE I RIMBORSI PER LE RICARICHE DI AUTO ELETTRICHE DEI DIPENDENTI


Con Risposta n. 421 del 25 agosto l'Agenzia Entrate ha chiarito che i rimborsi erogati dal datore di lavoro ai propri dipendenti per le spese di energia elettrica finalizzate alla ricarica degli autoveicoli assegnati in uso promiscuo non rientrano nelle specifiche deroghe al principio di onnicomprensività del reddito stabilite dall’articolo 51 del Tuir, in base al quale sia gli emolumenti in denaro sia i valori corrispondenti ai beni, ai servizi ed alle opere "offerti" dal datore di lavoro ai propri dipendenti costituiscono redditi imponibili e, in quanto tali, concorrono alla determinazione del reddito di lavoro dipendente.Di conseguenza, i suddetti rimborsi costituiscono reddito di lavoratore dipendente da assoggettare a tassazione.
