ALFABETIZZAZIONE MEDIATICA E DIGITALE A TUTELA DEI MINORI


E' stato pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 194 del 21-08-2023 il Decreto del Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy che definisce criteri e modalità di attuazione delle disposizioni previste dall'art. 1, commi 360, della Legge di bilancio 2023, relative alla promozione e predisposizione di progetti di alfabetizzazione mediatica e digitale, di progetti educativi a tutela dei minori ed all'assegnazione delle risorse strumentali per le attività di: studio e ricerca sui target di riferimento del mercato digitale, in particolare delle piattaforme per la condivisione dei video, sui contenuti veicolati e sugli strumenti di misurazione ed impatto; costituzione di un tavolo tecnico anche con i principali fornitori di servizi audiovisivi e di piattaforme per la condivisione video con il compito di individuare i criteri per l'avvio dei progetti educativi a tutela dei minori; selezione e finanziamento di progetti legati all'alfabetizzazione mediatica e digitale e di progetti educativi a tutela dei minori.  L'Art. 3 del Decreto prevede l'istituzione di un tavolo tecnico presso la Direzione generale per i servizi di comunicazione elettronica, di radiodiffusione e postali del Ministero delle imprese e del made in Italy, che avrà il compito di avviare, entro 60 giorni dalla sua entrata in vigore, una consultazione in cui saranno chiamate a partecipare le associazioni di categoria, organismi esperti nella materia, autorità competenti, bambini e ragazzi, ai fini dell'analisi della consapevolezza dei minori su opportunità e pericoli nell'utilizzo delle piattaforme on-line e della definizione di una proposta di regolamentazione e di linee guida che assicurino la salvaguardia e la tutela dei minori sui media.Entro 120 dall'entrata in vigore del Decreto dovranno, invece, essere individuati i criteri per l'emanazione dell'avviso pubblico per la selezione delle proposte progettuali educative a tutela dei minori, anche con riguardo alla prevenzione dei possibili abusi e comportamenti dannosi.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
