IMPOSTA BOLLO DOMANDE DI CONCESSIONE O REGISTRAZIONE DI TITOLI DI PROPRIETà INDUSTRIALE: IN VIGORE I NUOVI IMPORTI


E' entrata in vigore ieri, 23 agosto, la Legge n. 102 del 24 luglio 2023, pubblicata nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 184 dell'8 agosto 2023, di modifica del Codice della Proprietà Industriale.La riforma si inserisce nell’ambito delle Linee strategiche di intervento sulla proprietà industriale per il triennio 2021-2023, il cui disegno di legge era stato approvato in via definitiva con il voto finale della Camera dei Deputati il 18 luglio scorso. Dal 23 agosto, quindi, sono entrati in vigore i nuovi importi dovuti per l’imposta di bollo applicabile alle domande di concessione o registrazione di titoli di proprietà industriale, atti allegati e successive formalità, trasmesse telematicamente o consegnate su supporto informatico alle Camere di commercio e all’Ufficio brevetti e marchi.L'adeguamento degli importi, definito dall'Art. 31 della citata Legge, è stato introdotto con lo scopo di consentire il pagamento del tributo in modalità digitale. In particolare, viene rimodulata, in rialzo o in diminuzione, la misura del bollo dovuto attraverso la modifica dell’articolo 1, comma 1-quater, della Tariffa allegata al Dpr n. 642/72 (Testo unico dell’imposta di bollo), che definisce l’ammontare dell’imposta applicabile in base al tipo di domanda o di registrazione.  Questi i nuovi importi: domande di concessione o registrazione di marchi d'impresa, novità vegetali, certificati complementari di protezione e topografie di prodotti per semiconduttori: l’imposta passa da 42 a 48 euro; domande di concessione o di registrazione di brevetto per invenzione, modello di utilità, disegno e modello, con allegati le lettere d’incarico a consulente di proprietà industriale o riferimento alla stessa, la richiesta di copia autentica del verbale di deposito, il rilascio di copia autentica del verbale di deposito: l'imposta scende da 20 a 16 euro; istanze di trascrizione e relativi allegati: l'imposta scende da 85 a 80 euro; istanze di annotazione e per tutte le domande diverse da quelle di cui sopra: l'imposta passa da 15 a 16 euro.   • it will be held on behalf of the Controller by KUMBE, the Controller’s maintainer for digital services, on the cloud server and related backup, in turn managed in compliance with the GDPR for the entire term of the contract with the Controller – who may dispose of it at any time – and until its subsequent cancellation.
  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
