OSSERVATORIO SUI BILANCI DELLA SOCIETà DI CAPITALE - BILANCI 2021-2022 E STIME 2023


La Fondazione Nazionale Commercialisti, oltre ai dati definitivi sui bilanci 2021, presenta un primo set di dati parziali sui bilanci 2022 ed una stima dell'andamento dei ricavi dei bilanci 2023. Sono oltre un milione i bilanci analizzati nel presente report. I dati definitivi dei bilanci 2021 sono basati su un campione di oltre 750 mila società, mentre i dati parziali 2022 si riferiscono a un campione di oltre 250 mila società.  Secondo i dati elaborati e presentati nell'Osservatorio, nel 2022 i bilanci delle società di capitali, sulla scia dell'inflazione crescente, mostrano un'accelerazione dei ricavi che aumentano, in termini nominali, del 31,5%, e in termini reali del 20,9%. Nel 2021, invece, secondo i dati ormai definitivi, i ricavi sono aumentati del 25,5% in termini nominali e del 23,1% in termini reali.  L'Osservatorio presenta anche una stima dell'andamento dei ricavi nel 2023. Sulla base dei trend congiunturali in atto, è previsto un forte rallentamento del tasso di crescita nominale dei ricavi che passerebbe dal +31,5% del 2022 al +10,5% del 2023. Espresso in termini reali, il tasso di crescita dei ricavi stimato per il 2023 è pari a +4,2%.  Il report presenta anche una serie di dati territoriali, con dettaglio provinciale, relativi all'andamento dei ricavi, dei dipendenti e della quota di società che chiude il bilancio in utile. I bilanci analizzati sono complessivamente pari a un milione 20 mila circa. L'83,6% sono microimprese, il 16% sono Pmi, mentre lo 0,4% sono grandi imprese, cioè imprese con oltre 249 dipendenti.  Nel report sono presentati alcuni dati di sintesi tratti dai bilanci 2020, 2021 e 2022, oltre alla stima per il 2023, insieme ai dati territoriali elaborati sui bilanci 2021, mentre i dati di dettaglio relativi a indicatori strutturali, di performance e indici di bilancio sono riportati nelle slide allegate.
