GOVERNO: MISURE URGENTI PER LA TUTELA DEI LAVORATORI DURANTE LE EMERGENZE CLIMATICHE


Il Consiglio dei ministri, su proposta del Presidente Giorgia Meloni, del Ministro dell’economia e delle finanze Giancarlo Giorgetti e del Ministro del lavoro e delle politiche sociali Marina Calderone, ha approvato un decreto-legge che introduce misure urgenti per la tutela dei lavoratori durante le emergenze climatiche, con un particolare rafforzamento del Ministero del lavoro e delle politiche sociali, oltre a modifiche ai termini di alcuni adempimenti fiscali. Il testo del decreto-legge prevede, per le attività lavorative nel periodo luglio-dicembre 2023, la neutralizzazione dei periodi oggetto di trattamento ordinario di integrazione salariale (CIGO) per eventi oggettivamente non evitabili come le eccezionali emergenze climatiche, estendendo tale strumento anche al settore edile, lapideo e delle escavazioni. In aggiunta, viene introdotta la possibilità di ricorrere al trattamento di integrazione salariale agricola (CISOA) in seguito a eccezionali eventi climatici, per le sospensioni o riduzioni dell'attività lavorativa nel periodo compreso dalla data di entrata in vigore del decreto fino al 31 dicembre 2023, anche in caso di riduzione dell'orario di lavoro. Per favorire l'attuazione delle previsioni del decreto legislativo 9 aprile 2008, n. 81, i Ministeri del lavoro e delle politiche sociali e della salute dovranno promuovere intese tra organizzazioni datoriali e sindacali per adottare linee-guida e procedure concordate. Inoltre, il decreto prevede che, entro il 30 novembre 2023, determinati soggetti operanti nel settore energetico possano versare, in quota parte, il contributo di solidarietà previsto dalla legge di bilancio 2023, senza applicazione di sanzioni e interessi. Infine, il decreto-legge introduce anche norme per il rinvio del versamento del cosiddetto "pay back" nelle forniture di dispositivi medici. Fonte: https://www.governo.it/

  • it will not be assigned to third parties; it will not be used for marketing campaigns except if concurrently authorized for such purposes.
  • the user will have a profile created based pon the information contained therein and the data may be used for statistical processing.
